What's this PC going to be used for?
I'm assuming the hard disk is SATA. I personally prefer two seperate hard drives for better performance, especially when mulit-tasking. So I would go with two 320gb models.
The video card is weak if you plan on playing current games and the new ones that are coming out this holiday season. Invest in an 8800gts 320mb, they can be had for about $250 after rebate.
