how do you open the battery cover on the 8700c?
I know this should be a simple question, but i've just bought a refurbished blackberry 8700c and can't figure out how to get the battery cover open. Three of us have worked on it - without success; i hope someone out there has the answer.
Press down on the tab at the bottom of the phone and gently slide off the cover. I had this phone before and yes, it was a pain to remove the cover. The trick is not to use too much pressure when trying to slide it off.
