My question is Can I join a network 10.0.0.0/8 and 192.168.0.0/24 ? and share files and connect to internet? Does this device act as routers? If not give me another option.

To connect a network such as you are describing, you need 2 routers. The 2nd router should NOT be a combination unit. It needs to be a stand alone router
