Realtek RTL8168/8111 Ethernet Driver?

I want to instally my wireless router sent to me by tiscali the siemens SE587WLAN dsl. However the problem comes with my ethernet i have had previous problems with this ethernet connection, it seems that my computer fails to find a driver for it. My ethernet card is made by Realtek.

I cannot seem to find a driver download for this which i need as my computer says it cannot find a suitable driver for this when in device manager on my computer. I have a windows XP, does anyone have any links or suggestions to this exact product that can help me find the driver needed.
