I was cleaning my case due to lag issues and i accidentally took the Serial ATA cable by force and the serial ATA interface connector were bent. I tried realigning them but however when i turn the pc on, it brought me to the "install windows" boot up and did not detect my hard drive at all. How will i ever recover my drives now? You could try taking a pair of needle-nose pliers and carefully trying to straighten/flatten out the pins again. Push them inward too just in case you separated any soldered joint in the back.
If all else fails, you can look into a PCI card that has a SATA connectors on it. But then you might lose performance.
Lastly, did you try replacing the cable just to make sure it's not the cable too?
