What does bending moment of 0.98 ft lb for coax cables mean in layman's terms?

I have Heliax 1/4" coax cable and need to know how far is safe to bend this cable, it has a copper shield and I need to bring it through a 5" wall and then turn it, so it runs along the wall.

It will be similar to making a Z shape, along side the outside of the house, and then a straight line through the wall, and then turn into the room.

All I know, is that I heard that some kinds of cable are not meant to bend in 90 degree angles. I don't want to hurt the copper shield.

This cable will be used for a scanner antenna.

I don't think you should be concerned about the bending moment which as to do with flexing the cable back and forth. You should be concerned with the bending radius. The minimum bending radius will vary with different cable designs. The manufacturer should specify the minimum radius to which the cable may safely be bent during installation, and for the long term.
