Is this a good computer?
I want a computer that will be really good for gaming online, but also a good computer all together, can anyone help me out with these specs?

First off. Get a core 2 duo processor. This is a must. You will not be able to get good results unless the "brain" of your computer is good. A good processor is you brain.
You must have at least 2GB of ram. From the specs I assume that you are buying at a site like dell. If this is the case, go with the least amount of ram possible and then simply purchase additional 1GB sticks at Newegg.com. Good 1GB sticks of ram are as little as $35 a stick for newer computers.
The hard drive is decent. Depends on how much storage you need for things. If you are just installing games and playing them and downloading music, then a 160 is plenty. If you are planning to use a good digital camera or have a video camera that you plan to transfer home videos over then you will more than likely need a little bigger of a hard drive. Also if you plan to use torrents to download software, you will want a bigger hard drive to store all the apps that you download. Overall, its good if you don't plan to do any rendering or holding mass amounts of "extras."
CD writer is a nice feature, but you can get a DVD writer for about $10 more on Newegg.com. You may want to think about that.
Floppy drive is a must just incase something happens to your computer and you need to troubleshoot anything. All computers should have a floppy drive.
NO integrated graphics. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I can't stress enough. If you have integrated graphics the best game you will be able to play is solitare (if you're lucky). I would take the money that you will be saving on the extra memory (buying it on Newegg) and get you a nice 512MB video card. I recommend getting a SLI ready video card. This way if you ever plan to upgrade to a new mother board, you can bring this along with you and run dual video cards and SLI then for SEXY graphics. Please, do some research and find a good video card. Without a video card, your awesome computer specs will be useless.
You should get a 10/100/1000 Gigabit ethernet Lan adapter. If the 10/100 adapter is automatically included, simply buy a gigabit ethernet card online (it will cost around $10). This will allow for much faster transfer between computers if you have multiple computers transfering information back and forth.
Case Isn't bad. Can't really go wrong with any case.
XP pro is a must. DO NOT GET VISTA. It won't have all the bugs out of it for another 2 years.
If office is included, then that's awesome. If not, try seeing about getting it online for cheaper or even free (through bit torrent sites).
