Fiber channel is highest at upto 4 gbps with gigabit ethernet next followed by fast ethernet then token ring.
All can be used for high data rate because high data rate is subjective. Token ring at 40 mg is far better than 10BT (twisted pair ethernet) but 100BT (fast ethernet) is far better than Token Ring and 1000BT (Gigabit) is far better than 100BT and Fiber Channel is far better than Gigabit.
