Is it legal to buy intel motherboards and brand it as my own computer?
Is it legal to buy Intel motherboards from Intel's website and brand it as my own computer? If so will I get into legal problems such as law suits with Intel? If it is all fine with Intel me doing this, then do I need a patent for it?
I forgot! Can I sell it with my own brand name and product?
I mean like I build it the computer with their motherboard which I bought from their website can I sell it?
I believe either way is fine, weather you are selling just the mother board with your sticker on it, or building computers with their motherboards and selling them as your own. If you are building computers with it, I know it won't be a problem at all. Have fun! Good luck!
