Is it possible to send information of the network nodes in a network by using SNMP. say for an example I need to get info on a router like its name, what are the ip blocks its controling and that sort of thing...
Please be good enough to give some web links to get some help on this ,

If you are intended to use those appliances then you don't need to use snmp to get that info. Do your own security cracking.
