unknown devices and venders?

Due to viruses, I had to uninstall and reinstall everything. Now I cant get internet. Underneith all of these items PCI standard ISA bridge, ATI SMBus CardBus Controller andEthernet NIC and ethernet controller, reads Unknown Device and Vender, pnpid: VEN AND THEN SETS OF NUMBERS. Window detects the device and the vender. Can anyone tell me what I need to do? I have the install driver disk for the wireless card and have tried to install but it wont read it. Any help would be appreciated. I can not get internet on this computer.

first off, did you reinstall windows?
second, try getting your network card somehow first, like find out what adapter you have and getting the drivers in another computer and transfering them via usb or cd,
if you get that working (and your internet), just go to windows update, windowsupdate.microsoft.com and its should grab most of the drivers for you
