How often should I expect to be randomly drug tested?
Because of my current battle with the court system, they've told me I'd be required to take random drug tests. I am clean so I am not worried of failing, but I am wondering how often should I expect to be tested?
It depends. I know, I hate that answer too for legal matters, but it's the truth. The drug you took, the circumstances of your conviction, the judge's discretion and the process of random testing in your specific jurisdiction all can change how often you are tested.
If you were taking a drug that clears your system very quickly, they may test more often, perhaps even several times a week. If it's a slow drug that stays in for weeks or months, then they'll like test less often. If you're clean though, don't sweat it.
