Looks awesome, seems like you spent a lot of time planning exactly what you want which is great. Something I would recommend though, I would buy two hard drives or more. maybe 4 500GB hard drives instead of a single 2TB.
If you are not familiar with Raid0, it takes the performance of multiple hard drives and combines them.
Example:
1 - 2TB HD 7200RPM 16MB cache
or
4 - 500GB HD (2TB) 28,800RPM 64MB cache
So what you end up with is paying a little more of amazing performance. I did this and the game loading times cut down by a fraction and my computer boot in seconds!
