What make and memory size is your graphics card? i couldn't see it in there.
Man, that's all better than mine and I can run Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 at full graphics on my PC which only has 2GB RAM, 512 MB 8800 GT and 2.2Ghz dual core.
Get yourself a graphics card with about a memory size of 512Mb though i recommend 1GB for your PC.
