I am having trouble understanding Pro-tools M-Powered and using the Quattro audio interface.?
I am new to sound editing, and mixing of any sort. I recently purchased Pro-tools for my projects and a Quattro USB Audio Interface but, Pro-Tools won't read the interface. Help, thoughts, guides? 
I'm at such a loss.
There are certain brands and models of hardware that Pro-Tools will work with. Have you confirmed that you bought the right hardware? The appropriate ones are listed on the box or on their website. M-Audio Fast track Pro should work if that one doesn't. Make sure you check that you installed the software for that hardware. It should be on the disc. If you skip that part, it won't be recognized.
Also, does this version require the use of a dongle (USB)?
