Can I sharpen my pruning shears with an attachment for my Dremel tool? Is it difficult? Can I ruin the blade? ?
Also, can I sharpen my lawn mower blade with a Dremel attachment?
I guess what I needed to know is maybe the angle to hold the tool and blade to get the right bevel for a pruner. I have both a bypass pruner and a strike pruner I'd like to sharpen and I'm assuming the angle of the grind makes a difference...?
You can ruin the blades if done wrong. It is easy however if you take the shears apart, hold them in a vise and use a regular file. use leather gloves so not to cut youself, and be careful!
