how can i connect digital voltmeter , ammeter & frequencymeter to the AC mains to monitor the power supply ?

I would suggest that if you are having voltage drops or spike to call you electric company, They have a nice little machine that they will put on at the meter the measures and monitors the power over a 24-48 hours period.
I don't recommend you doing this but I will tell you. You will have to remove the cover from the main breaker box, where the main feed come into the main breaker or main lugs on you panel you will need to hook your voltage meter up from one leg of the main breaker and the black wire to the ground bar, the amp meter should be hooked around the main wires, and the frequency, don't bother it doesn't change.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST AGAINEST ANY OF THESE MESURES UNLESS YOU ARE A ELECTRICIAN, THE LUGS YOU ARE WORKING WITH ARE LIVE WIRES AND WILL KILL YOU SHOULD YOU COME IN CONTACT!
Also you will only have the ability to monitor on leg unless you wave to voltmeters and two amp meters and even then to do it correctly you really need to disconnect the main lugs and put the voltmeter in between the wire and the lug.
Seriously, I am an electrician and it's much easier if you just call the power company. I really don't want you to get hurt or see your house burn down.
